At House Strength Camp, about the only weights you will find around our warehouse are hand bar bells (dumbbells) and a squat rack. It is not that we don't believe that weight can bring value to a workout program, but the other tools we have in our warehouse can provide far better benefits than typical weights.

The dumbbells are used as a counter balance to the kettlebells, and are a useful tool when cross-training. House will integrate the dumbbells into your workout routine in order to confuse your muscles and increase strength.

The squat rack is also used to confuse your muscles. Squats are a great exercise to increase leg strength, but combined with our other instruments, your strength levels will go through the roof.
