Personal Training

Working out with House is like having your own personal session. He is always in the gym, creating the workout program for the day, and helping each person as much as they desire. But, if you really want to work with him one-on-one, he does offer individual training in the following areas:

• Boxing: Including cardio-training, heavy and speed bags, sparring, technique and conditioning.

• Weightlifting

• Kettlebells

• Fitness Gymnastics

Rates for personal sessions are negotiable and are based on the timing, duration and frequency of the sessions. Contact House with any questions and to see if this is the right direction for you.
