Schedule & Routine

House doesn't open his gym for 14 hours a day. Why? After years of training people, in groups or one-on-one, a common trait always comes to the surface ... the real warriors train early or late. Rarely will they come during the middle of the day.

Therefore, House operates his gym based on the following schedule:

• Mornings - Monday through Friday: 5:30 am to 8:30 am

• Evenings - Monday through Friday: 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm

• Weekends - Saturday mornings: 7:00 am to 10:30 am

If you show up 15 minutes before the doors close, you will get in a good 15 minute workout ... unless you work something out with House prior to your arrival. He is strict on his schedule and expects you to respect his time.

House has also been known to open his gym on as as-needed basis. So, if you need to workout, but cannot make if for some reason, call House and tell him what you need. He will work with you and get you the session you crave.
